Our product loading hoppers are made from Aisi 304 stainless steel with a painted cap and a pneumatic filter shaker as standard. We offer the X22EV loading hopper with a loading capacity of up to 250 kg/h and discharge through a butterfly valve of Ø200 mm, with an aluminum body and steel lens. The X28EV loading hopper has a loading capacity of up to 300 kg/h and discharge through a butterfly valve of Ø250 mm, with an aluminum body and steel lens. For larger capacities, we offer the X36EV loading hopper with a loading capacity of up to 900 kg/h and discharge through a butterfly valve of Ø300 mm (or Ø200 mm), the X46EV loading hopper with a loading capacity of up to 1200 kg/h and discharge through a butterfly valve of Ø300 mm, and the X56EV loading hopper with a loading capacity of up to 2000 kg/h and discharge through a butterfly valve of Ø300 mm (or Ø400 mm), all with an aluminum body and steel lens. We also offer the X version, which is completely made from Aisi 304 stainless steel, and the J version, which includes a vacuum interception valve kit as standard. For fragile products, we offer the F version with a tangential connection to avoid breakage, available for the X36EV, X46EV, and X56EV models.
