These product loading hoppers from RGS Vacuum Systems are designed for transferring various types of powdered and granulated products. Here are the details of each model: X22EV: This loading hopper has a diameter of 220mm and can handle a capacity of up to 250 kg/h. It discharges through a butterfly valve with a diameter of 200mm, and it features an aluminum body and steel lens. X28EV: With a diameter of 280mm, this loading hopper has a capacity of up to 300 kg/h. It discharges through a butterfly valve with a diameter of 250mm, and it also has an aluminum body and steel lens. X36EV: This product loading hopper has a diameter of 360mm and can handle a capacity of up to 900 kg/h. It can discharge through a butterfly valve with a diameter of either 300mm or 200mm. Like the previous models, it has an aluminum body and steel lens. X46EV: With a diameter of 460mm, this loading hopper can handle up to 1200 kg/h of product. It discharges through a butterfly valve with a diameter of 300mm, and it also features an aluminum body and steel lens. X56EV: This loading hopper has the largest diameter of the models listed, measuring 560mm. It can handle a capacity of up to 2000 kg/h and can discharge through a butterfly valve with a diameter of either 300mm or 400mm. Similar to the other models, it has an aluminum body and steel lens. All of these product loading hoppers are made of Aisi 304 stainless steel and come with a painted cap and pneumatic filter shaker as standard. They also have different versions available, including the X version that is completely made of Aisi 304 stainless steel, the J version with a vacuum interception valve kit fitted as standard, and the F version with a tangential connection to avoid product breakage (available for X36EV, X46EV, and X56EV)l connection to avoid product breakage (X36EV, X46EV, X56EV).
