Airflow Process
Air Entry
Air inside the machine tool is drawn into the filter’s suction inlet by an internal fan. The centrifugal effect facilitates the recondensation of small oil particles.
Main Filter
The air passes through a primary filter element, which can be a polyurethane sponge filter or an optional pleated cartridge filter with a coalescing band.
Post-Filter (Optional)
For enhanced filtration, an absolute HEPA filter (Class H13) can be installed as an additional stage.
Air Exit
The filtered air is reintroduced into the work environment, while re-condensed oil is drained back into the machine tool.
