The Autoflux self-cleaning coolant filtration system is designed for treating large quantities of coolant in compact spaces. It ensures continuous filtration, prolongs coolant life, and maintains machine tool efficiency by removing contaminants effectively.
How It Works
Dirty Coolant Entry
Contaminated liquid is directed to the filter unit, where it passes through a stainless-steel mesh covering the drum, trapping pollutants on the surface.

Filtration Process
As pollutants accumulate, the sludge layer thickens, improving filtration. Once the maximum level is reached, a cleaning cycle is triggered where clean liquid is sprayed from the inside out, dislodging debris. A dredging chain moves settled contaminants into a collection container.
Clean Coolant Exit
After passing through the filtering mesh, the purified coolant exits through the discharge area and is collected for reuse in the machining process.
Installation Options
Single Installation
Autoflux can be installed on individual machine tools for localized filtration.
Centralized Solution
The system can also be configured to serve multiple machines, providing a unified filtration solution for large-scale operations.
