  • Nominal shell sizes : 5″ to 72″ NPS.
  • Design Pressures : Class 150, 300, 600, 900 & 1500.
  • Design Temperature : (-) 46 Deg C. to 140 Deg. C.
  • Filter Elements : Choice of Fiberglass Depth, Polyester Pleated or Polypropylene Depth,Cartridges (4.5″ OD x 36/72″ Long or 5.5″OD x 36/72″ Long) in 0.3,1.0 3.0 & 5.0 microns.
  • Shell Closure Element: SEG4LOCK Quick Opening Closure or Bolted Closures with Davits.
  • Installation Configurations : Vertical (Type FPFIL VI & FPFIL V3) or Horizontal (Type FPFILH). Nozzle configuration as per client’s requirement.
  • Separation Efficiencies : Typically 99.5% of all solids greater than 1 microns can be removed.
  • Special Requirements : Sour service to NACE MR 0175/ ISO 15156 : 2003.SpeciaI exterior and internal coating. Optional Filter Elements, Int. support materials & seals

  • Separation Internals : – 2″ Tangential Multicyclone bundles (Type Mc2) are installed in the first stage of type FPFS VC. Vane Demister Packs (Type VS 5/3 single or double pocket vanes) are installed in the second stage of type FPFS VV/ FPFS HV.
  • Shell Closure Elements : Choice of quick opening closures (Flash Point SEG4LOCK) or bolted covers with davit.
  • Installation Configuration : Vertical for type FPFS VC & FPFS W with in-built liquid collection sump. Horizontal for type FPFS HV with external liquid collection tank. Nozzle orientations as per client requirements.
  • Separation Efficiencies : Typically 99.5% of all solids grater than 3 microns and 99.5% of all liquids greater than 5 micron can be removed.
  • Special Requirements : Materials for sour service to NACE MR – 0175/lSO:15156:2003 Special materials of construction for separation internals. Nozzle configuration as per customer requirements. Special external & internal coating.
